Field Researcher - Healthcare

Conduct research on healthcare needs in local communities to inform our program development and impact assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design and implement research methodologies to assess healthcare needs
• •Conduct interviews, focus groups, and surveys with community members
• •Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports
• •Collaborate with local healthcare providers and community leaders
• •Identify gaps in healthcare services and potential intervention points
• •Document best practices and lessons learned
• •Present findings to program teams and stakeholders
• •Contribute to program design based on research findings

Requirements & Qualifications

• •Master's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field
• •3+ years of experience in field research, preferably in healthcare
• •Experience working in India, particularly in urban communities
• •Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
• •Excellent analytical and report writing abilities
• •Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations
• •Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other local languages is a plus
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
