Fundraising Specialist

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our global initiatives and build relationships with donors.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
• •Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors
• •Write grant proposals and reports for foundations and corporate partners
• •Organize fundraising events and campaigns
• •Maintain donor database and ensure timely acknowledgment of contributions
• •Collaborate with the communications team on fundraising materials
• •Track and analyze fundraising metrics
• •Stay informed about trends and best practices in nonprofit fundraising

Requirements & Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field
• •3+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or development
• •Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns
• •Experience with donor management software
• •Excellent writing and communication skills
• •Strong organizational and time management abilities
• •Knowledge of fundraising ethics and best practices
• •Passion for our mission and ability to articulate it to diverse audiences
