Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our global initiatives and build relationships with donors.
Key Responsibilities
- •Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
- •Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors
- •Write grant proposals and reports for foundations and corporate partners
- •Organize fundraising events and campaigns
- •Maintain donor database and ensure timely acknowledgment of contributions
- •Collaborate with the communications team on fundraising materials
- •Track and analyze fundraising metrics
- •Stay informed about trends and best practices in nonprofit fundraising
Requirements & Qualifications
- •Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field
- •3+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or development
- •Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns
- •Experience with donor management software
- •Excellent writing and communication skills
- •Strong organizational and time management abilities
- •Knowledge of fundraising ethics and best practices
- •Passion for our mission and ability to articulate it to diverse audiences
