Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our global initiatives and build relationships with donors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors
  • Write grant proposals and reports for foundations and corporate partners
  • Organize fundraising events and campaigns
  • Maintain donor database and ensure timely acknowledgment of contributions
  • Collaborate with the communications team on fundraising materials
  • Track and analyze fundraising metrics
  • Stay informed about trends and best practices in nonprofit fundraising

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or development
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns
  • Experience with donor management software
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of fundraising ethics and best practices
  • Passion for our mission and ability to articulate it to diverse audiences
